Clean, directly next to a pool, nice outdoor covered patio, roomy, large rooms. Plus shopping and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back here if I ever visit the big island again.

Lovely Home!

My family stayed at Kona Coast Resort for a mini reunion for a little over a week. I have rented 4 different condos there over the years. This one is the nicest! Beautifully decorated, awesome location, equipped with everything you might want, and best of all the most responsive, kind and helpful owner! Teresa and her place are absolute gems! There is so much to experience nearby. There is great food to find, farms and attractions to enjoy, and beautiful tide pools and nice beaches. I loved it!

Book now! This home has all the amenities that we ever could have wanted. More than enough space for the 6 person party we had. AC, games for the kids, beach items, and a lovely bathtub. The home is within a resort so you get access to even more than you would expect. I’m so glad we stayed here and can’t wait to be back. Best home I’ve stayed in among the 3 islands. This is a gem!

Best family vacation

Property was perfect for a family vacation. Check in was easy. Very clean, and spacious well kept condo unit. Location was perfect, close to the beach and snorkeling and shops. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The place itself is gorgeous with beautiful decorating details, spotless cleanliness, and a really lovely lanai where we spent plenty of time relaxing.The resort grounds are pristine and the location was great. While you do drive to get to most places, all the drives were very short and convenient. We loved having two pools on site: one literally right across the parking lot from our door, and another just a quick few minutes' walk away that has a great little bar serving food and drinks. Every single staff member we encountered on the property was super friendly and welcoming.What really set this place apart were all the thoughtful, practical details that so many rentals miss. The closets had plenty of hangers, there were tons of extra bath and beach towels, and the place was generously stocked with the essential toiletries, soaps, paper products, and cleaning supplies. Having full-sized washer and dryer units was another huge plus that made keeping up with laundry effortless for our family.We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious townhome

Wonderful spacious place in a great complex. Lots of room for everyone, beautiful view from the Master bedroom deck, choice of two pools and hot tubs. The unit itself was a little dated but very functional. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation with the kids

The condo was perfect for our grandson, his parents and us. The condo was supplied with anything you could possibly need. Played pickle ball on the courts and went to the swimming pool. We also ate in the restaurant on site. The fish and chips were the best.

Beautiful Unit

The home had all the basics and more. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. The beds were super comfortable. Location was great house was very clean... Kona Coast offers great atmosphere. The Monday night Hula show was awesome!!! Sunset views and perfect temps made the trip. This unit had amazing kitchen set up with everything you might need ... We cook in so having the beautifully maintained gas grills just outside the door with umbrella and picnic table added to the great experience. Highly recommended. THANKS FOR THE AWESOME STAY

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kona Coast Resort and would absolutely return! This condo is incredibly quiet and private — with no one above or below the unit, it truly feels peaceful and secluded. The location is fantastic, close to everything you need, tennis court, one of two gyms and quiet pool, in close proximity, but still feels very private. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to cook meals at home. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. One of our favorite parts was enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the lanai each evening — absolutely stunning and such a special way to end the day. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a quiet, spacious, and well-appointed place to stay on the Kona Coast!

Spacious and clean

Big mahalo for opening your home. From the time we arrived, parking was great, super close to a “quiet” pool, spacious, clean and a nice welcome to a “cool” home when we arrived home in the evenings. Highly recommended.

7106 Aloha Condos

Loved the location and amenities, condo came with pretty much everything we needed for beach trips, was right across from the “quiet pool” on site, very short drive to supermarket and restaurants. Washer, dryer, dish washer, cook top and ovens all in great shape. Felt like a home away from home with lots of room for the six of us to spread out. It was a great week!

Nice Property

I stayed in this property with my family and another group of family friends. Our party of 8 was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had no overall issues with the property during our stay. We also visited the resort pool and jacuzzi on multiple nights - the pool is a bit warm, but very clean and amazing after spending some time in the jacuzzi after a long, tiring day. 5 stars.

Great condo

We (8) had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the condo and the grounds of complex are well maintained and pools are very nice. Only negative is the lights were a little hard to figure out, but once we found all the switches it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. They do have everything you need.
