„This property was wonderful. We have stayed at Kona Plaza before and love the location. It is also surprisingly quiet for being right in town. The lanai is wonderful and so relaxing. It exceeded our expectations regarding supplies - all the condiments we needed and never had to purchase more paper towels or toilet paper. „Clean and well-supplied unit, but owner is very hard to get hold of. Door and gate codes changed, got locked out of room early on checkout, and when notified of water shutoff on short notice owner went dark. so make sure you have the codes early! otherwise a nicely located well-maintained unit.“

„Our entire stay was made better by our place at the Kona Mansions. It is a beautiful property and all the best has gone into making the accommodations superb!! It was a great location as well, central to everything and quiet with lush and beautiful landscape. We loved the pool, very nice common area for BBQ and patio dining. Because of my husband’s arthritis those 3 flights of stairs were definitely a lot for him. An elevator would have been helpful.“
