„It is a very nice and quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is spacious and very well equipped, everything is in good condition. We spent 15 days that we enjoyed a lot... The nearby beaches are very beautiful, especially the one that we enjoyed the most with my children was "Magic Sands". The variety of nearby restaurants and supermarkets is very good. „Honestly, this was the (unexpected) best stay on our trip. My kids loved to play on the patio, my wife and I loved the barbecue and the breakfast table on the front side. Clean, quiet, good comm. with the host. If we ever come back, we’ll book here. Cheers!“

„The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.“

„The place was pretty good, but it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was not clear in the ad that there wasn't an elevator or I would not have booked this unit. I am disabled so this made the stay a lot less enjoyable. “

„My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate.“

„Tolle Lage und gut mit dem Auto vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Wir waren gegen 14 Uhr in der Anlage und durften nicht früher ins Appartement, obwohl die Reinigung abgeschlossen war. Aussage von der Dame am Checkin war das es der Besitzer freigeben muss, hatte dazu im Vorfeld bei David angefragt und er sagte das würde nur gehen wenn die Reinigung fertig sei. Aber halb so wild, hätten nur gern unser Gepäck abgestellt so mussten wir die Stunde abwarten bis sie uns die Schlüssel offiziell aushändigen ...

„Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. Steve, the host, could not have been more gracious and helpful.The grounds are like something out of a botanical garden, with a view of the ocean beyond Kona and spectacular sunsets.
