„Honestly, this was the (unexpected) best stay on our trip. My kids loved to play on the patio, my wife and I loved the barbecue and the breakfast table on the front side. Clean, quiet, good comm. with the host. If we ever come back, we’ll book here. Cheers!“

„This was an excellent spot to post up for a couple of days in the Kailua-Kona area. Avoids a lot of the traffic off Ali’i Drive and makes it easy to get to a ton of places on the island. The breeze at night coming down the mountain is great natural air conditioning and the yard is gorgeous with a plenty of adorable geckoes and anoles to spot. Toby is a laidback and friendly host, would absolutely stay here again.“

„Every was great location, parking, space, kitchen every thing was excellent my only bad experience was with the neighbor downstairs she complained about my little boy walking so that was the little downside but besides that the apartment is very recommended.“

„Great location to experience a beach town experience walking to a variety of food, bars and local places. Enjoyed each evening walking to a different place for a cocktail and either back to the condo for dinner or dinner overlooking the water at a local place Not a White Lotus area and some buildings are a little tired. But well worth the stay “

„Great experience in an excellent location. The beach with snorkeling right outside provides lots of options close by, with racquet courts, pool, and bbq. The in-unit views and ocean wave sound scape added to the relaxation. Would recommend! “

„The property/house is incredible. Great location and the views are absolutely stunning. The house is very nicely appointed as well. Sunsets from the back patio were quite enjoyable and the kids enjoyed the sand area off the back of the house immensely. Located about 1/2 mile from two quality snorkeling locations that are walkable or a very short drive (we drove.). Check in was a breeze. A/c worked well and the house was cool/comfortable. Would highly recommend.“
