This cozy 2 bedroom 31st floor condo with gorgeous ocean and Diamond Head views is only 2 blocks away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. This condo comes with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen has a large kitchen island with chairs for a great dining experience while you stay with us! The lanai also has a table and chairs for you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise over the ocean!

Both bedrooms have great views. One has a king bed with a TV in the room, and the other has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have a door with a lock for privacy. There is also a Sofa Sleeper in the living room. The unit has a full bathroom with a shower/bath combo and a detachable shower head.

This condo comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable in both rooms, and DVR in the living room. There is central A/C. Amenities include coin operated washer and dryer on each floor, heated swimming pool, BBQ area, a mini-mart, and an updated fitness center. Family time in Waikiki

This was a nice place. The bldg is older and needs to be updated. There was some miscommunications with the property management. We stayed at Waikiki Sunset but the instructions I got talked about parking at Waikiki Banyan so we went there and were told no go across street to Sunset. Then I had called to get unit number and code, which I had never received and was given the wrong code! But I called back and the lady was very nice and she had accidently given be the wrong code. Also the towel rack fell off in bathroom and needs to be fixed. The 2nd bedroom is very small-holds bed only-not much room for luggage. Minimal beach equipment-2 bag chairs and 3 beach chairs, plenty beach towels, very small cooler but no sand toys or boogie boards.

Just ok

Never received check in email, had no code to get into room. Security couldn’t help, had to call the emergency #, they did get back somewhat quickly, gave us the wrong code, had to call again, finally correct code. 2 days later someone else tried to get into room saying they also had booked it. Bathroom had broken towel rack. There was no “red” card. Location and parking were a plus. Balcony was quite small only room for one person. I had tried to clarify bed situation but owners never got back, was very cramped for a family of 5 adults.

Great place to stay

A previous review indicated the unit was not the best which had us a little concerned however, the unit was clean although carpet could use a cleaning but is expected in a vacation rental with lots of use. Minor issues with towel rack broken off the wall and curtains with broken clips but overall, a nice condo. We liked that people had left stuff behind for other guest to use such as a beach umbrella and beach chairs. It was a great location within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the cross breeze from bedroom windows to sliding door on the Lanai. The view from the Lanai was amazing of not only the ocean but Diamondhead with no obstructions. Although bathroom did not have a fan you could open the window which prevented steam on the mirror. Plenty of towels plus beach towels. Right next to the laundry which was nice just drop over to the ABC store to grab laundry detergent. There is a mini mart on the 5th floor which was convenient and a nice BBQ area and pool on the 6th floor. Free parking is an added bonus because parking in Waikiki is not cheap. Never had any issue finding a parking space. Ceilings are low and parking stalls are small so a midsize car is recommended. Had a few questions concerning our check-in and KoKo Resorts called us and explained the process which made the process seamless. We have visited Waikiki many times over the last 20 years stayed at hotels and rentals and will definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Dirty! Misleading photos

Pros to this listing: it was close the the beach and there was a nice view of diamondback. Cons: Walking into the building it smelled bad. The hallway carpets were stained and dirty. Our initial door code didn't work and we had to call after hour number for help. Once we got that settled and in the room it only got worse. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, holes in the wall, electrical plates missing off the outlets. My son slept on the pull out and there were no blankets only an additional sheet. The bathtub/shower is extremely small. And there was leftover junk being stored in the bathroom. If we were not so exhausted from travel I probably would have relocated and just paid out of pocket to stay at a hotel. We were here for three nights before moving to a new island. Had we been staying any longer we absolutely would have moved to another accommodation. The online pictures look pretty good. But that was not the case when we arrived and saw things in up close detail. Learned my lesson about booking a "new listing" that didn't have many reviews.
