„Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl ich mit Frühstück gebucht habe und es auch angeboten war. Die Rezeption war sehr gut, doch das war´s auch. Im ersten Zimmer lief ständig die Toilletenspülung und es roch ziemlich muffig. Ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer, das soweit in Ordnung war. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.“

The first room they assigned had a horrible smell and the air freshener they had plugged in was empty… however when I went down and spoke with reception, they talked to me and asked questions about what I was smelling. „This was the cleanest, best hotel we have stayed in in quite awhile! We've stayed at higher end hotels and haven't had near the positive experience that we had here! Everything was so clean, breakfast was excellent, especially for a hotel breakfast!, pool was great, we had plenty of room in our king suite, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! We loved the later 12pm checkout so we didn't have to rush in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again if we need a hotel in the area again!“

„The stay overall was okay. The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve slept on but it was a bed and it was clean! The hot tub was not even warm and the pool was ice cold Which was a drag beings that they’re indoor and we were all really looking forward to the hot tub and when I told the front desk associate he just kind of shrugged it off and said “can’t do anything until morning when his boss get in” but other than that the breakfast was incredible and it was literally minutes from the speedway ...

Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage
"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
