Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. She was friendly and so helpful when we asked about local places to eat while we were in KC. Even a minor sink issue was handled efficiently. This was a great stay experience! The hotel was clean, spacious and everyone made the stay even better than expected.“
