„Der Bereich der Lobby und die in diesem Bereich integrierte Bar, inklusive des hervorragenden Ausblicks sind das einzige was bemerkenswert war. Der Schock trat ein als wir das Zimmer (Eckzimmer in der 5. Etage mit Blick aufs Meer) beraten. Es gab wohl irgendwann einmal Bilder an den Wänden, die jetzt fehlten, dafür waren wunderschöne Dübellöcher zu bewundern. Die Wände war verdreckt und gefühlt vor Jahren da Leute Mal gestrichen wurden. Alle Griffe klebten, was von mangelnder Reinigung zeugt, ...

The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost ...

„The apartment is really nice, clean and functional. Kitchen was enough equiped. Pool was ok. A small inconvenience is to park, as the back parking lot that is closer to the apartment require permit, and the only spot available are far away on the front parking lot.. The main problem is regarding the neighborhood and the feeling of safety. Lot of homeless in the area. The parking is full of trash and wild cats everywhere.“
