„This property is special because of the amazing abundance of plants and flowers on the property, including a river and waterfall!! The night was a symphony of sounds, birds and frogs at night. We also enjoyed the communual netted gazebo on the patio with fairy lights. There is internet, but no cell service meant we didn't spend time on the phone, and why would we in this paradise :) “

„Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. “

„This room is unlike the rest of the resort. I switched rooms part way through my stay (conference booking) and was sorry to leave such a luxurious room. It was one of the nicest resort rooms I have ever stayed in . The kids loved the stay and were constantly entrigued with their surroundings. Property manager was excellent. Not a single issue. „Great location and stunning views in the neighbor. A quiet cul de sac. I had one minor repair that was resolved within 24 hours. Unit does have AC but, after house is cooled down; I didn't need it for sleeping. The dog, Charlie is your vacation ambassador, protector, and friend! „We had been to the Hilton Waikaloa before so we knew about the grounds being great, but we weren’t sure about our room. We were so pleasantly surprised. We had a view of the ocean and the lagoon and the bay. Our room had been remodeled in the last six months and it was amazing with the microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishes for two and the coffee maker and toaster and hot water pot.
