„Having recently stayed here to attend my nephew’s high school graduation, my niece was so enchanted with the property she asked to have her 14th birthday celebration here. With a few friends, they had a great time. They spent the majority of their time in the game room and the adults outside on the comfortable patio. Amenities include everything you might need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. And of course the alpacas are fabulous! We will definitely stay here again,“

„Overall was as advertised. Kitchen was awesome. Comfortable living room. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were oddly designed and some of the outlets didn’t work, but is an old house. Front bedroom with two beds the beds were not very comfortable according to the kids. Parking was a little tricky. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants. “

„this was a great spot for us while visiting family in Boyd! a bit of a 'driveway' to navigate, but with AWD vehicle - ok! since it had rained a lot!!! also, the gettting out to open the gate and close every time, a bit of an inconvenience but ok.“
