„We booked this cottage for a family trip in our summer holidays and it was a lot better than expected. The rooms were big enough for a family of four plus dog. Everything was clean and tidy. The place is in a cul-de-sac and quiet, only cars from the neighbourhood are present. The parking lot is big enough for two cars. „We stayed for 5 nights in Fell View. The house is conveniently located for day trips into the Lake district, and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The interior of the house is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. we even enjoyed the garden as the weather was reasonable. Enjoyed our stay!“

„Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business.
