My stay at this hotel was very disappointing overall. The lift was out of order during my entire stay, which was very inconvenient, especially with luggage. In addition, the entire building was in an unhygienic condition, with thick layers of dust visible everywhere. My room also did not give the impression of having been thoroughly cleaned, as there were clear traces of dirt on almost all surfaces. I found it particularly disturbing that the bed linen was discoloured and I discovered dried bloodstains on both the pillow and a towel. Furthermore, the sink only provided extremely hot water, making it impossible to use normally. Overall, my stay was unacceptable and I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Hotel ist sehr schick, die Zimmer in Ordnung. Aber es ist sehr kalt im Zimmer, denn es ist keine richtige Heizung vorhanden, nur ein Elektro-Radiator. Im Bad gar keine Heizung. Da ist es eiskalt. Hat man das Zimmer endlich warm, ist es Nacht. Dann lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen für die Nacht.

Modern und schön, freundliche Leute, super Lage. Warum kann man aber mal wieder kein Fenster kippen um zu lüften? Stattdessen muss man mega klimaschädigend dauerhaft die Klimaanlage anmachen und der Staub ist massiv. Im 24/7 Fitnessstudio läuft die ganze Nacht für nix die Klimaanlage. Alle Mini Bar Getränke in Dosen - warum? So wird das nichts.

Nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und super Lage. Waren total zufrieden.
