„This cabin offered close proximity to hiking, restaurants, shopping while offering awesome mountain views. We cooked some meals and the kitchen had the basics for making simple meals. Charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill was provided. The shuffleboard and cornhole games have seen better days but the pool was wonderful to have. „Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!“

„This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. „We were very pleased with the location, customer service and accommodations at Rivercation. For our large group, everyone had a bedroom with their own bathroom. We were all impressed with the house and all it had to offer. Situated on the river was wonderful- relaxing to sit and listen to the water and a convenient spot to fish. „Great private location, could not be more convenient to get to Dollywood and pigeon forge. Quite.. if that is what your looking for. Also you get what you pay for, little dated and a few things didn't work - water on refrigerator and the washer and dryer, some inside doors didn't lock, besides that a wonderful place would rent again“

„Very clean cabin with amazing views. We did encounter a bear in the first 5 minutes of arriving at the cabin. He was not phased by us being there so be aware of your surroundings. But overall I would highly recommend this VRBO.“

„Great place for a family weekend trip. We enjoyed our stay. The house is an old house, but they have done a great job of updating it. It was clean and comfortable. The back deck had a lot of tree debris and the hot tub was a little green so we didn’t get in it, but we enjoyed the house and fire pit. Also, it is too far up a steep mountain/hill to walk to town and the park, but it’s within 5 miles from everything you need or want.“
