„Everything we could ask for. Stay was excellent.“

„The location was great, just a few minutes to walk to the main strip! The cottage was very clean, and the AC was great after being out in the heat all day. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We even had a bear pass by the back of the building one day! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I visit the Smoky Mountains!“

„My husband, our 2 boys (21/23) and their girlfriends thoroughly enjoyed this spot in the mountains. The house was the perfect set up. The queen bedroom was a little on the warm side but there were tower (and box) fans in every room. The game room we used every night!!!! Was a great way to connect with the kids after a long day of hiking / hanging out on the strip. „Clean, private and quiet. Great chance to have a relaxing weekend with your teenage (or younger) kids. We went with another family and the kids had a blast- and so did the adults. This property is exactly as shown in the photos. The game room and theater room was perfect and access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was great. Would definitely stay there again. “

„We loved this rental house. My husband, 18yr old cousin, and two dogs stayed. The fenced yard was great for the dogs. We enjoyed the game room, cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen, played games at the beautiful dining table, soaked in the hot tub, and had a great time. „Great location! We wanted 3 bedroom, 3 bath, convenient to downtown Gatlinburg without being downtown. Base camp fit the bill! We even got to see a mama bear and her cubs on two days (up the street)! Parents took the master on the main floor, daughter took the upper level via spiral staircase and son in the lower level (he recommends swim shoes for the shower and extra blanket).
