Cassie was phenomenal! We enjoyed our stay and she just made it better ! The pool was warm, which was a first but honestly between that and Cassie, we might just stay here again. Walkable to restaurants, hot tub and outdoor space was a plus!

There was hair in our towels, staying on sheets and hair in bed, not very good craftsmanship in the rooms by the curtains, fridge didn't keep anything cold, got tub was broken however they made sure pill was extra warm, Roku wouldn't hook up to TV but that might have been on our end, every item cost extra, bistro food about as good as has station food but double price, no view even though was told at check in we had a view and why the long hallways in room? It seems like there could have been better planning. Also noise was horrible from above.

Overall very nice room at a reasonable price. Bathroom is tiny. TP dispenser broken. HVAC is a bit noisy. Generally adequate.

The front desk girls here were excellent, incredibly accommodating, attentive to our needs and helpful. It was quiet and comfortable and clean. The only complaint would be that the small fridge was just that, small and wasn’t very cold even after turning the cold dial to the max, but not a reason to not recommend.

Ummm the staff is absolutely amazing. From the gentleman who takes out the trash to the cleaning lady to the front desk. Everyone was nice and chatty. It was so sweet. You def need a car while visiting here because not much is super easy walkable. The pool was my favorite. I would go early in the morning with no one in there and listen to music while swimming some laps and then relaxing in the jacuzzi. Only thing that threw me off is I woke up and went to get a mimosa since it was a birthday trip and the lady looked almost confused on why I would ask that. She explained the bar doesn’t open till like 4 or 5. I can buy a beer from the front desk though. Seemed like extra steps not needed but hey here for a drink. Went to get the drink and couldn’t pay cash and the tap pay wasn’t working. They were nice enough to charge it to the room though. Would def come back

Hello Donald,Thank you for sharing your recent experience. I am happy to see that your overall stay with us was a positive one. However, I am sorry to see that the option of paying for Starbucks Coffee from our Bistro did not fit your needs. We do offer complimentary coffee in our guestrooms, however the Bistro is an elevated experience with premium coffee that does come at a cost. While some hotels brands do not charge for coffee, Courtyard as a brand does provide this service at a cost. Thank you again for your feedback, we hope you will come see us again.

The Lady that checked me in was so kind and offered great service every time I saw her, the rest of the staff, not so much. They are renovating and was little loud during day. The Little bar attached to the Starbucks attached to the food was ok and the hours were not accommodating or open as posted at all. The water in my sink would not get warm , my toilet would not flush and the fridge did not work. They did offer to go in room to try and see what was wrong with everything but, I was going to be gone and didn't feel comfortable with that due to so many issues and there would have been lots of in and out and I had personal items in my room. It was clean inside and room was nice and the nice lady who checked me in was very sweet. She would be the reason I went back..

The woman working the front desk was very nice! I came for a state board exam. She made sure to place me in a room that was in a quieter area. There was some construction going on so it made the parking somewhat confusing. The overall stay was great.
