„It was exactly as advertised for us. You're right on the water with access to the beach. We were looking for a cost effective way to enjoy the beach and we got it. My kids loved both pools, the beach, and the game room. They did not want to leave! It's not a hotel. „I was not expecting the property to be the top floor of an office building with a sketchy back parking lot entrance. I thought it was a house. With that said, it was very clean and the property manager was really nice and accommodating. One of the toilets did not work and they had maintenance there within an hour to fix it. I think Daytona as a whole is older and there are not many options if you are looking for something more updated. This is a good location near Ocean Center and clean. “
