„The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) in the NSB area. Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed. “

„Our 2 families from the uk stayed here as we were attending a family wedding. We booked for 10 so we used the small cottage too. The big house was very clean and really nicely decorated inside. Its an old house with a lot of character which we loved. The outside area was great and the house was in a perfect location for enjoying Flagler Avenue and the beach.The small cottage was clean inside, however we found the outside area to be in need of a good clean. „The home is as beautiful inside as the pictures show. The home was very clean and we were very comfortable with our stay. The ocean is just steps away and the home had beach toys, chairs and boards so that was helpful with our time on the beach. I would recommend the home, very nice!!“

„Overall a great stay, highly recommend! There were a few hiccups (WiFi modem/router wasn’t working and we needed to have a new one mailed to the house; the owner was great about arranging everything for that!), she got back to us very quickly! A few maintenance needs, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. Great views from the ocean-facing windows! “

„We loved our stay here which included introducing my 2 month old grandson to his great grandparents. The house was clean and spacious. My daughter's boyfriend was entertained for hours by watching the planes land and take off. We were less than a mile from the sports complex where my nephew was playing baseball, and there was plenty of room to spread out in the house. “

„new smyrna is always a blast. we go every year same weekend! just needed a bigger place to stay since our family is growing. plenty of room in this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms! big backyard with a gorgeous pool. the front bedroom (master) is very hot though since the ceiling fan isn’t working up to speed. we would definitely rent again!“
