„Derrick’s place is fabulous. When booking a condo in FLA you really have to pay attention since places advertising “ocean view” or “oceanfront” can be deceiving. Not the case here. You are OCEANFRONT. Direct clear view of ocean and a beautiful balcony to sip a coffee and watch the sunrise or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Bed was super comfy, kitchen nicely equipped. Would definitely return and recommend“

They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊“

Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. „Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!“

„We've stayed in this unit several times. Like location and NSB small town atmosphere. Would recommend non fabric living room furniture. Fabric cannot be cleaned like other types of material. Perhaps washable furniture covers or new easily cleanable furniture.“

„Our second stay in this building, we had an oceanfront one bedroom condo that sits back bit still facing the ocean. We really liked it because of the quiet location of this co do in the building. Facility was perfect, no issues with anything, the location is so close to everything, groceries, bars, restaurants, and quick access to highway to travel to sights out of town the host Tricia was wonderful and answered questions immediately. „Very nice area and property. Clean, modern condo that slept 5 adult women comfortably. Had everything that we needed! The beach was clean and fairly quiet for this time of year. Convenient grocery store, liquor store, breakfast restaurant and Italian/pizzeria right across the street. Will definitely stay here again.“

We could see the ocean but there is a condo building right next door so the balcony is not at all private and we didn't spend time out there. The heated pool was great! A nice amenity in early Feb! We never had an issue with finding parking. We found the door code system to be easy. There were absolutely no toiletries in this condo other than half empty liquid hand soaps and dish soap and 1/2 a roll of toilet ...
