„The property was in terrible condition. There was an electrical outlet taped on the wall. One window was taped to hold it in. All most all baseboard and facings were in need of repair and or paint. In one bead tile was hiding a hole in the floor. This property was not safe. Additionally the outside was extremely messing and cluttered It was quite a shame because the host was a nice man and the view was spectacular. It was large but poorly supplied. „Beverlys place is not quite as advertised. I wouldn't call it 3 masters as there are jo adjoining bathrooms. The room with the bunk beds might as well be a closet with no door on it. The A/C is window shakers in some of the rooms. Our visit was a very hot 4th of July weekend. The place was very warm, one of the bedrooms had no A/C at all, just a fan. „We absolutely LOVED our stay! The home was the perfect size for our large family of 8, plus a friend, and our two dogs. The convenience to the beach was honestly undersold — it was so close and made everything so easy.The host was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. They also had thoughtful extras like a beach wagon, toys, beach chairs, plenty of towels for everyone, and a washer and dryer so we could keep everything clean during our stay.I truly can’t say enough good things about ...

Bunk beds are off common area of kitchen without a door that closed for sound/privacy. Our toddlers were so exhausted from the beach they fell asleep despite tv noise but worth noting to future families. There is a privacy screen we used that helped with light coming in. “
