„The location is perfect (walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, etc.) in the NSB area. Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed. “

„We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent ...

„Our 2 families from the uk stayed here as we were attending a family wedding. We booked for 10 so we used the small cottage too. The big house was very clean and really nicely decorated inside. Its an old house with a lot of character which we loved. The outside area was great and the house was in a perfect location for enjoying Flagler Avenue and the beach.The small cottage was clean inside, however we found the outside area to be in need of a good clean. The verandah and furniture on it ...
