„Dirty, sticky floors, inoperable refrigerator,(ruined our food) no cleaning supplies, watered down liquid hand soap, thin towels, etc, etc. Vacasa did not assist with any of the above issues, other than to send multiple auto generated texts. They entered the property without our permission.“

„This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!“
