„We had a family gathering in CB for the 4th of July and our son’s birthday. Kathy, the host was so friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The house was super clean, has lots of charm, was nice and cool, and the location was perfect. We loved sitting on the front porch and gazing at the water. The house is located super close to the beach, town, and the bay. We were so happy to be able have our dog join us in the house as well! This is a gem in sweet little Colonial Beach! “
