„We absolutely loved our time at Evergreen! The condo was stunning and spacious for our family of 5 (3 tweens ages 11-12). Remarkably clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even spices and k- cups. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the a/c was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it stormed. „We enjoyed our weekend stay at 207, fourth.The townhome is clean, orderly and well supplied with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. The beds were made up nicely and comfortable and there are plenty of toiletries available onsite. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. „Beautiful area and nice property amenities. When we arrived the condo was clean and tidy. The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s. The previous renters had broken the toilet and clogged the sink but the owner was on top of things and they were quickly fixed. The location is nice, not too noisy. The owner provided some recommendations for restaurants and bakeries as we were celebrating a special birthday as well as leaving us a sparkling wine and snacks ! Would definitely stay here again “
