„The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway.“

Although access was secure and easy without onsite staff, two emails requesting early check-in/late checkout went unanswered. Do not know if other concerns would have been addressed. ...
