„Das Personal ging auf unsere Anfragen nicht ein. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, alt und stinkig. Auf zweimalige Anfrage für einen Wechsel wurde nur der Kopf geschüttelt. Die Kakerlake im Bett war „der“ Punkt, der den schlechten ersten Eindruck des Hotels nur bestätigte. Der Preis, den wir für die Übernachtungen zahlten, rechtfertigt niemals das Angebot.
