Löcher und Risse in den Wänden, dreckige Teppiche sehr abgewohnte Möbel selbst in den „besseren“ Zimmern. Der Room-Service ist eine Katastrophe. Toilettenpapier gab es nur auf Anfrage. Das Bad wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gar nicht geputzt. Auf der Badewanne lag Staub! Es gab keine Toilettenbürste! Alles in allem ist das Hotel nicht den Namen „Best Western“ wert. "The lobby, dining room and architecture are special and absolutely befitting of a 4 star hotel. The room was ok. We found the beds very comfortable but the furniture was a bit old and rickety. The TV wasn’t too impressive. In this day and age I would expect to be able to connect my phone to the TV. Even my 10 year old Smart TV can manage that. The bathroom wasn’t in the bed condition and in need of renovation. Breakfast was a good experience. We were very satisfied with the range of cooked and healthy options. The service at breakfast was exemplary. I really loved the history of the hotel and the information posters were very interesting. "
