„We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The service at breakfast was exemplary. I really loved the history of the hotel and the information posters were very interesting. "
