Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Awful two night stay here.
Switched rooms 3 times due to the state and noise from neighbouring rooms.
As soon as i exited the lift on the 5th floor i was hit with a very stromg smell of weed.
My room was tidy, but not very clean. The bath was stained (seems as though the enamel is coming off, this was the same in all 3 rooms). I asked to switch rooms, staff were very pleasant and helpful, i was moved down the hallway.
2nd room was in a very similar state, bath and cleanliness, however the window was nit fully closed, on trying to close it, due to wind and traffic noise, i found it had been screwed shut, but not fully sealed so the noise continued through the night. It was 23:00 at this point and i wasn't prepared to move me and my son again.
2nd night, we came back and the noise from the unsealed window and neighbouring room (walls were paper thin) pushed me to ask for another room.
3rd room was very similar in terms of cleanliness, however it was quiet.
When walking through the corridors it seemed a few rooms were having parties, seen quite a few drunk people heafing out for cigarettes etc.
Staff were friendly, hotel was appalling.
