„Lovely fresh comfy beds “

„We have been going to the Norbrek Castle Hotel for years and have always had a great time. Was shocked to see so few guests, as considering the size of the hotel it looks like it has been upgraded. The staff are lovely and bend over backwards to help make our stay the best it can be. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. „It was a nice room if you compare it tothe other hotels in blackpool. But itvwas not that clean , especially the bathroom . The usb for chargingvthe phone didnt work. And there was no option to load the phone next to the bed. The carpet could be cleaner. But in general i had comfortable stay there. Kingsizebed was comfortable and the room was big enough. Thank you!“
