„Arrived and got checked in, this was very straight forward. When we got to the room, we unpacked and settled down to watch a little TV, unfortunately the TV did not work. I called reception and they sent a maintenance man, he arrived very quickly and began his fault diagnosis, unfortunately he was unable to repair it.
