„This place is awesome, clean, has everything you need, and is in a great location! There are steep stairs to access maybe not great for elderly people and yes the fan was noisy. There was a fire 3 doors down and the street and alley are closed off during our stay 2/23&2/24 but we did find parking in a lot near by. We heard the town was taking their time to rectify the situation. Awesome food downstairs! “

„The Good. It was clean, convenient to town, and their son was very generous by charging our Tesla. The bad was a very worn mattress that needed to be replaced. There was no table lamp in the livingroom and no table to have a meal although there were tv trays. The shower in the bathroom was not sufficient. It was attached to a non functioning soaking tub.“

„The property was nice, clean and close to downtown. I would say the negatives would be that it is located in a flight zone. We could hear the airplanes constantly, construction all around at this time. Noise from construction starts at 7. I wish there was a television in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and Vince was very helpful when the internet wasn’t working.“

„Love the location... close to "Uptown Sedona" but most of things we did were in our area (Dinner at Rascals, Sedona Scenic tour pick up, Cafe Jose, foot massage at Tao Foot Spa.... all less than 1 mile from the house, and Hiro Japanese for sushi was only 2-3 miles away.. highly recommend them all). The price was totally worth it... however some improvements... double ply toilet paper :), a little more sound proof (could hear discussions in the main house), have a lock on the slider from the ...

„The house was really cool! We loved all the natural light and it was a good location for us - close to Bell Rock etc. We relaxed by the fireplace one night and the outdoor fire pit another (the chairs are more comfortable then they look but not that comfortable). The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The kitchen had all we needed. We ate out or did takeout for all meals except breakfast.
