„This was a great little house,very clean and owners very nice. Great location and close to everything. Walmart is less than half a mile way. Palm shopping mall 10 minutes or less away. Will definitely book a stay here again!“

„My aunt lives across the street at the complex across the road. We have stayed at this BnB before. Now that my aunt lives there we were so lucky to find it available for her 94th birthday. Location convenient! Cleanliness great! Overall experience for now the second time outstanding!“

„We enjoyed the living space and the backyard fire pit. The host was quick to respond when the faucet in the bathroom needed replaced as well as hooking up the TV as the prior guests had moved the equipment around. When I called saying that there was no hot water in the shower, they sent over a service person and then said that the hot and cold water had been connected opposite. „We returned to Shannon’s property again in the winter of 2023 because it is a very comfortable place to be in Yuma. The house is clean and well supplied with all you need to feel at home. It is in great location to get anywhere else. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Shannon is an excellent host and always does her best to accommodate your requests. We have reserved with her for January 2024 and hope we can once again enjoy this home away from our home. I give this a very high rating.“

The kitchen has every essential necessary to make it feel even more homelike. The host Jocelyn even had a notebook guide to surrounding area markets and fun things to do. „The property was great plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out and get our own space and also get ready. We were able to cook breakfast daily saving money on those meals. All need appliances overall a great property and experience. It was some of our parties first Vrbo experience and they absolutely loved it.“

„My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area.“

„4 of my friends stayed here. We all towed our own boats here with full size trucks. There was plenty of parking on the property to accommodate us. The home is located in a private gated culdesac. This one was lake front. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. Kitchen was well equipped. Home was clean. We would definitely stay here again. The home appeared to be custom built, so some of the light switches were tricky to use.“

„The property was perfect for our visit to my Marine son stationed at MCAS Yuma. It was close to the base and everything in town. Very clean and comfy. It was nice for my son to get off base and relax. It was Nice to be able to grill dinner for him and a couple of his friends. The putting greens are a nice touch for some family fun.“

„We enjoyed our 11-day getaway at this Yuma property. Angela was always available for our questions. The house is exactly as described and was clean and inviting. We spent each evening on the outdoor patio watching the golfers. There is also a covered screened patio with workout equipment, a foosball table and ping pong. The house is located in the Foothills area of Yuma which has everything you need, but within 10 miles of downtown Yuma. We will definitely try to stay here again!“

Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows).“

The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. „The owner was so wonderful and left a welcome basket full of treats including homemade chocolate covered pretzels! We are now renting from her for a month next year from the owner! The property was perfect, everything fully stocked in the kitchen. The park was amazing !“
