This property is not a hotel but an apartment complex renting units by the night through Expedia and that distinction matters a lot
There is no front desk at all. Check in is handled through a third party app staffed by outsourced support. Getting help was difficult and communication was frustrating from the start
I never received the door code before arrival. When I contacted support I was given the wrong code. Later in the evening while dealing with a fussy toddler I had to contact them again only to be told I had not paid the deposit even though I already had. It took far too long to finally get the correct code and access to the unit
The mattress was easily the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. A pile of blankets on the floor would have been more comfortable
The next day the WiFi did not work at all so watching TV or relaxing during downtime was not an option
The large sliding glass door facing the pool and walkways has no curtain which means zero privacy and neither
This was honestly the worst hotel style experience I have ever had
The only positive is that it was a two bedroom apartment for about the same price as a standard hotel room. That was extremely helpful since I was traveling with my son
Overall I would strongly recommend just booking a regular hotel in this price range especially one with free breakfast. Only consider this place if having a second bedroom is absolutely necessary and you are prepared for a very hands off and frustrating check in process
