Lovely property, well maintained , had everything for us to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Games and breakfast every morning. We arrived after midnight all very tired. There was a lovely welcome basket and coffee and tea and breakfast items. We were able to sleep in a little. Grocery stores near by. The house is well stocked with the basics. Our son lives in Albuquerque and we were all out there to celebrate his 60th birthday. Some members had never been to Albuquerque so we did a lot of exploring and enjoyed all the great restaurants. Thank you, Michelle for sharing your lovely home. We are all looking forward to a return visit. Absolutely Wonderful

The entire stay was excellent. The house is beautiful, it was clean, it was easy to access, the backyard is STUNNING. We very comfortably slept 7 adults. Highly recommended.

An amazing home with a FANTASTIC and spacious back yard

Michelle, the owner is perhaps the most responsive host I've encountered. The home is beautifully appointed and spacious, with great attention to detail. It is incredibly (and generously) stocked. Lots of places to sit, have meals, play games. The beds are very comfortable. The backyard is place of peace and beauty. The primary (1 of 3) water features is serenity supreme! The location is perfect with easy access to the Sandia Tramway, Old Town ABQ, the airport, shopping and restaurants. My first choice for all future stays.

Fabulous!

My siblings and their spouses were in town for my wedding and stayed at this property right up the street from my house. The property is lovely and beautifully furnished and has all the amenities one could need. This is the second time we have had family stay at this property and will certainly consider renting again in the future!

Family vacation

The property was incredible. It had everything you would ever need. We traveled with our elderly parents and they loved the walk in shower and the comfortable firm chairs to sit in. Nice comfortable house with lots of space. Roomy kitchen and dining areas. The back yard and patio were nice but we didn’t use it because of the heat. The house was equipped with everything we needed. FYI, the microwave is in a pantry near the kitchen.

Lovely home in ABQ

Our group of 4 absolutely loved this property! Lots of great space and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio and the water features in the backyard. The kitchen is well-stocked with every item and appliance you can think of. This is a charming and highly recommended home. The house exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished, great neighborhood and close to everything we needed/wanted to do. Michelle was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do around the area and good places to eat. What can I say except “PERFECT”

PERFECT, That is how I would describe our stay at this property. The location was great with all our needs in a short radius and all meet and greets within 20 minutes of this property. The living space had more than enough room indoors and out for our family to ( large ) visit in any space without crawling over each other. The kids and cousins had a great time outside with games and activities that kept them happy and occupied. The owners respond quickly with any questions and provided space to be yourself as well. What a wonderful place and will certainly look to book in the future when we visit the ABQ . You will not regret a stay at this amazing property

A Wonderful Gift

My family was in town for the UNM graduation of our daughter. We were fortunate to have stayed in this beautiful space three years ago, and were so grateful it was available again. We highly recommend this home. It is bright and comfortable and accommodating. The bedrooms are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. The back yard area is an absolute delight. The owners are kind and responsive. It's all good! This home will be a central part of the lovely memories we have from this special family weekend. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, well-stocked, and very clearly hand-curated. Michelle even accommodated me arriving a bit early to unload groceries. There was everything I needed to cook a formal dinner for the guests, and plenty of room. The first night, however, the host checked in several times, which put me and the other guests on edge. After the initial check, we found it difficult to relax and especially enjoy the patio for fear of surveillance. The house was gorgeous, and felt like it world be the perfect place to have a get-together, but the rules are incredibly strict. Perhaps it would be best suited for a family.

Everything was just perfect.

Everything you would want to make your stay great is there. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything and more, the backyard is soothing. We would stay there again and again.
