„I arrived at this hotel late in the evening & had to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight to Bohol, so I only stayed here for about 6 hours. My studio room is spacious & clean, with good amenities. There is a drniking water dispenser on every floor by the elevator. The sraff was friendly & helpful. The only problem was the AC - it made a loud noise. I would stay here again.“

„Das Hotel war sehr gut (zumindest für die Verhältnisse auf den Philippinen). Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur die Umgebung um das Hotel ist nicht wirklich schön. Allerdings ist das Hotel in der Freeport Zone, so das es da sehr sicher und nicht ganz so dreckig und stickig wie die Stadt außerhalb der Zone ist. Das Frühstück könnte geschmacklich etwas besser und abwechslungsreicher sein. Wenig frische Früchte, Brausetabletten-O-Saft und ungenießbarer Kaffee. Sonst war ...

„This is a beautiful hotel. The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are very large and the staff are both friendly and helpful. There was free water in the room as well as standard coffee making facilities which I appreciated. I was working locally so appreciate the good food choices nearby also.

„The staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had a great time swimming. The game room was okay. They need to replace the air hockey & Foosball tables. But they had ps5 and xbox available. The hotel offers free transport to the Ayala mall Solenad. We appreciate it. Thank you so much.“

Wir bekamen noch ein Upgrade und so ein tolles grosses Zimmer mit unendlich viel Platz und einem grossen Badezimmer. Das Bett war top und auch die Dusche liess keine Wünsche übrig. Neben dem City of Dreams, wo es diverse Restaurants gibt, liegt auch das Ayala Malls Manila Bay in unmittelbarer Nähe, wo es auch Restaurants zu günstigeren Preisen gibt. Wenn der Preis stimmt würde ich hier immer wieder absteigen."

"I stayed at Solaire during New Year’s Eve, and the experience fell short of expectations. The property is a casino resort and seems heavily tailored to casino players, leaving limited options for non-gamblers.
The New Year’s Eve party was exclusively for casino members, and while another show was available, it was sold out. For non-casino guests, there wasn’t much else to do, making the experience underwhelming.
The room had issues as well. The air conditioning was dusty and didn’t cool effectively, which detracted from comfort.
Dining was frustrating. At a restaurant within the casino (not operated by Solaire), service was slow—it took 45 minutes to get our food, and not all meals we ordered were served. We left after paying for what we got.
Adding to the disappointment, we requested two champagne glasses at 9 PM and only received them at 12:40 AM—after the fireworks. For a hotel costing €1500 for three nights, this level of service is unacceptable.
Solaire might work for casino players, but for others, it lacks inclusivity and service quality."
"Für kurze Erholung Nähe Manila sehr gut. Lage direkt am Wasser. Restaurant Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner schrecklich. Keine frischen Speisen, alte Fertigpizza, Weine die auf der Karte stehen alle ausverkauft. Unfreundliches Personal im Restaurant. Man hat sich nicht Willkommen gefühlt und den Eindruck man steht kurz vor der Pleite. Aus der Küche gab es wohl nur Restbestände. Ich war vor 1,5 Jahren schon einmal da und da war alles sehr gut. "
