The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues ...
„When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM.“

„It is not the cleanest property by normal western standards. But it's only a bit scuffed, not really dirty.
The manager is a wonderful, warm-hearted person and all employees do their best to help at all hours of day and night if you have a problem.
Careful if you want to take a taxi to the hotel: It lies in a number of one-way streets. Best take the taxi to the main road and take a trike from there.
I'll be there again next time I come to Manila.“

Das Hotel ist sehr groß und macht sofort einen guten Eindruck. Alles ist sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Frühstück:
Das Frühstück war einfach super. Es gab viele verschiedene Stationen mit Essen aus verschiedenen Ländern. Wer morgens gerne warm isst, findet hier genauso etwas wie jemand, der lieber ein klassisches Frühstück möchte. Für jeden ist etwas dabei.
Abendessen:
Auch das Abendbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es gab frisches Essen aus China, Japan, den Philippinen und Europa. Die Desserts waren besonders gut – einfach himmlisch!
Fazit:
Das Hotel ist wirklich ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Alles war perfekt. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!"
"Aufwendig renoviertes und als Hotel ausgebautes ehemaliges Offiziercasino der US Armee von 1913. Unsere Juniorsuite war sehr geräumig, vor allem das Badezimmer. Recht gut gelegen am Rizzal Park, der Abends sehr belebt ist, mit Street Food. Man sollte sich allerdings in der Umgebung an Einfachheit bis Armut einstellen, wenn man dort zu Fuß unterwegs ist, es war aber zu keiner Zeit bedrohlich."
