It took me almost half an hour to check in.
Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room.
Also it’s very hard to find a grocery store in Baltimore. “

We were given an handicapped accessible room because it was available at our time of check in which was okay with us and they gave us access to the 10th floor lounge as a thank you. Saved us some $$ on food! All employees very nice - reception, bar, 10th floor lounge.“
