„Room was not cleaned at all. Ants were all over the bathroom floor along with hair. Pillows were stained. Debris/stains were on the carpet floor. When we asked for another room we were told none were available. However, on the Expedia app it stated 4 rooms were available. The best they could do was spray the ants with bug spray. We left after about an hour. The positive we were refunded.“

We had been staying at hotels as we moved our son from Dallas to Rochester so staying in a house was such a nice change, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after almost a week of traveling. The master bedroom was very spacious and it was nice having separate his and her sinks. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn.“

„We loved staying here. Jim was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, and we were close to family. I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. „The 'Trolley Home' was a lovely property. Our host was so easy to communicate with - he made himself available and oriented us to the home. It was very well-equipped and in a great location. The kitchen had everything you might need, the beds were very comfortable (linens and towels all high end). There are lots of nice places on the property to sit outside. It is private and quiet. I would definitely stay there again. “
