We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at this VRBO. We had been staying at hotels as we moved our son from Dallas to Rochester so staying in a house was such a nice change, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after almost a week of traveling. The master bedroom was very spacious and it was nice having separate his and her sinks. Although I was concerned about the heatwave without central air, there were window ac units in each bedroom as well as the main living space and they did a great job of cooling the house. I would’ve preferred more than 1 key or a digital code to enter the house since there were 4 of us and we didn’t always come and go at the same time but, we were able to work it out and had no issue getting locked out. The hostess kept in frequent communication via email and when I communicated that the neighbor behind had their flood lights constantly directed at the kitchen & master bedroom, she contacted the neighbor immediately and got the issue resolved. Otherwise, the neighborhood was very quiet and you barely noticed the traffic on the highway even though it was close by. I would caution that the steep stairs up to the second floor where most of the bedrooms are located might be an issue for someone older or with health problems; however, there is a bedroom and bath on the main level and the house has a zero entry. I definitely will consider staying there again when we come back and the welcome gift was a nice extra touch.
