Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair.“

„Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und zweckmässig eingerichtet, TV, Föhn, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Radiowecker, Klimaanlage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, leider aber keinerlei Tischkultur. Pappbecher, -Teller, Plastikbesteck, Raum nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Alles im Allen OK.“

„Like that it's close to a grocery store and a mall with a good food court. Like that we can bring our dog. Having a small kitchen was nice. We made dinner a few of times. It's our favorite hotel to stay at in the area. “
