„There is a problem with the free breakfast thing. The purchase said it was included, but when I tried to pay for the room it was an additional $14 upcharge, per person. If you don't pay the extra then the meal is $28 for a strangely varied meal-boxed scrambled eggs, decent bacon, excellent coffee and nice waffles and pastries... Not a $28 meal, even in Minneapolis. Not sure what went wrong with the "free breakfast", I was too tired to argue about it.“

„This hotel is excellent! We were allowed to check in prior to our arrival. On our way we called to have a crib put in our room. Desk staff was very helpful even though she was the only one working. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Great location near shopping and eating, and easy to find. Great property at a great price!! I’d definitely recommend!!“

„Leider fand ich das Zimmer schon nicht in einem ganz sauberen Zustand vor, was sich trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht gebessert hat. Ich war 4 Nächte dort. Ein Faden auf der Klospülung z.B lag bis zum letzen Tag dort. Auch der Geruch ist nicht aus dem Zimmer gegangen. Der Poolbereich ist stark Renovierungsbedürftig, der Kaffee ist auch in der strong version sehr dünn, viel Plastik und Einweg….“

„The hotel looks great, very great price especially for the Jacuzzi room. Unfortunately there were a couple of stains on the sheets and mattresses, and the pull out futon looked like it has suffered mold growing in the mattress and couch. I doubt this is a reflection of the entire hotel as you could see they constantly clean all rooms and hallways. This is likely because the room is always moist due to the Jacuzzi.“

Da das Hotel nicht auf meine Email-Anfragen bezüglich Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel geantwortet hat, habe ich mir für ca. 30US$ ein Taxi genommen. Checkin war schnell erledigt, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Obst war in der Lobby verfügbar, das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Tagsüber fährt immer zur vollen Stunde ein Shuttle zum Airport“
