„The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in. I expected better from Holiday Inn. “

„Leider fand ich das Zimmer schon nicht in einem ganz sauberen Zustand vor, was sich trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht gebessert hat. Ich war 4 Nächte dort. Ein Faden auf der Klospülung z.B lag bis zum letzen Tag dort. Auch der Geruch ist nicht aus dem Zimmer gegangen. Der Poolbereich ist stark Renovierungsbedürftig, der Kaffee ist auch in der strong version sehr dünn, viel Plastik und Einweg….“

„The manager, Tony, was friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was not expecting much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room. It was bright and smelled fresh, with a beautiful view of the lake. The bathroom was average and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and so were the pillows! I was not expecting that, I would love to have that bed and those pillows in my own house! “

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, leider aber keinerlei Tischkultur. Pappbecher, -Teller, Plastikbesteck, Raum nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommen. Alles im Allen OK.“

The man at the front desk was helpful in making sure I didn't have to switch rooms (I booked the second night last minute under a separate booking) and the room had no issues. It even had daily cleaning which I never expect anymore. Exceeded expectations, I will likely stay here next year. “
