„We will never stay here again. We arrived for a late check in on Friday evening and was NEVER informed before or during check in that the elevator was out. We are 70+ years old and our room was on the 3rd floor. The buffet was subpar at best with only one apple available. This was 8:30 am and the buffet ran until 10.
