„The staff is always pleasant and the rooms are clean. The only complaint I have is that they do not keep the air conditioners running in the rooms. When you first come in the rooms are extremely hot. The lobby also does not feel cool or comfortable. Even the hallways are hot. I have been to this hotel numerous times because they are clean and pleasant. That is my only issue.“

„My stay at The Green House in Midlothian was excellent! The house was clean, getting into the house at check-in was easy, and the host communicated all the information we needed. A minor thing that would be nice to have is a full size ironing board. There was an iron but only a small table top ironing board. Other than that I have no complaints about staying here and would stay here again next time I travel to Richmond.“
