"The staff was always friendly. The service was better than in a normal hotel. But i have one critic point. The late checkout is a yoke. Only 2-3 hours longer with a fee. If the flight at home is late in the evening there is no possibility to stay until the evening . I would pay a bit higher fee but then you have to make a full day booking. Thats bad. Good is that one can use the store for luggage until you drive to the airport."

"Die Lage ist perfekt! Grossartiges Personal. Wir hatten ein Delux-Zimmer im 10. Stock. Fantastisch. Einkaufen und beste Restaurants sind in Gehnähe. Der Flagstaff-Park direkt gegenüber. Von diesem Hotel aus, kann Melbourne hervorragend erkundet werden. Ich kann es allen nur wärmstens empfehlen! "

"Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Queen Victoria Market mit vielen Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und zu essen. In 3 Minuten ist die Tram zu erreichen, mit der man kostenlos in die weitere Innenstadt fahren kann. Unser Zimmer war schön groß mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, die wir aber nicht genutzt hatten. Verfügbar war außerdem ein Gym und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Hotel verfügt über kein Restaurant, aber eine Bar/Cafe und bietet kostenlos Wasser an. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! "

"Easy check-in process. Very modern and clean apartment with a lot of space. The apartment offers everything you need. The meriton suites are in one of the newest and tallest buildings in the city - we had a lovely view from our suite - and the location is great as well in the middle of everything. A 10 min walk from the immigration center/museum, where all day-trips depart from. Lovely personnel too - we really enjoyed our stay. "

"Neben dem Hotel wurde ein Gebäude abgerissen und dem entsprechend arbeiteten auch 3-4 Bagger mit Spitzhammer volles rohr. Zum ausschlafen war es leider nicht möglich, denn der Baulärm hielt dich dementsprechend in der früh davon ab. Sonst war der Rest gut."

"Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lediglich das Zimmer war mir zu sehr geheizt. Heizung aus und Fenster auf, dann funktionierte es auch mit dem Schlafen. Von den Baumaßnahmen an einem der Fahrstühle, bekam ich nichts mit."
