„I booked a room with a king bed and paid upfront. When I wanted to check in, I was told that my room has been given to someone else because apparently I was too late. How can you be too late for your room if you have already paid upfront? So I had to take a room with two Queen beds although I was staying for 4 nights. I did not feel like I was being taken seriously from the reception. Also the gym is a joke, the only machine (tower) is broken and the dumbbels only reach up to 20kgs. The ...

„Schönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal “

„Die Ausstattung der Apartments ist sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Service nicht besonders, je nach Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Und das Frühstück ist eine KATASTROPHE! Bloß kein Frühstück dazubuchen!!“

„Super groß, zentral gelegen, wunderbarer Ausblick . Swimmingpool .“

„Great location.“

„The location is great, just 5minutes walk to a shopping mall with a supermarket mostly open till 22:00. Airport, Queen Victoria Market, South Melbourne Market and CBD, all within 20minuted drive. Even not going to drive, tram station is just outside. As a service apartment, it provides really complete furniture (specially for cooking and dinning). For me, its really impressive!“

„tolles neues Hotel.

„Great location. Tram stop right out front. Loved the late check out options.“

„Overall, a good accommodation in a perfect location for the exhibition center. Some areas, such as the gym or the pool area, could be renovated, but these are just minor things. I can recommend this accommodation.“

„Flat was overall not clean. I got in touch in advance to ask if there is a laundry machine. There was one but it was full of mould inside and the detergent drawer - awful. Also, the tap of the bathtub and the sink was leaking as well as the iron. The iron board was not padded so not useful as you would see the pattern of the iron underneath. Worst was that one of the single beds had two broken legs on one side so it couldn’t be used and we had to sleep with one child in a bed! Also, the number ...

„Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them“

„Perfect location.“

„The location is great, tram station nearby, restaurants close. Walking distance to Marvel Stadium. Excellent views. The hosts are very communicative.“

„Alles zu unserer vollsten zufriedenheit!“
