„Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk to the theme park“

„Having enjoyed the stay at this very special Hilton. Nice atmosphere, great architecture, nice bar and spa area. Restaurant service at breakfast is struggling when it comes to peak times and could be more friendly. Dinner buffet/menu for 25 GBP p.P. is too expensive as quality and variety of food is below average as well as service level - having a coupon to get a "free drink" with self service reminds me of a canteen - not a Hilton.“

„Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it.“

„(October 2026, on a Monday) At the time best price in 100(!) miles radius. En-suite enclosed parking included heating on as centre location lot of good amenities around....all surprise Not for wheelchair user.“

The rooms were newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were also really nicely done. The beds were comfortable and everything felt fresh and well looked after. The caretaker was extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and we received really good customer service, which made us feel very welcome. There are just a couple of ...

„Nice breakfast served at the pub The building is a bit old but very clean. On a personal note, I dont like it's carpet all over the building“

„Friendly welcome, nice dinner znd breakfast buffet. Great seating area with playground for kids nd table tennis, will come back in summer “

Kein ...

„Room was cold heating not working. Was a portable heater in room. Carpet was absolutely filthy. Chair was ripped. Bathroom was clean“
