„The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.“

„Area around property. Did not felt entirely safe. Toilets had broken seats. Kitchen only had knives. Sheet either not ironed or not changed. States sheets changed every two days. I was there five days and not change“

„Great communication and easy secure parking near to town centre. Taxi rank 1 min walk and rooms and beds comfortable. “

„The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm.“
