„Wunderbares Hotel für unseren 2-Tagesaufenthalt in Washington. Das Personal war superfreundlich und unfassbar hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank nochmals für die Unterstützung beim Pizza bestellen ;-) Zimmer waren super. Wir empfanden es wirklich sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war vollkommen okay für den Buchungspreis. Wir hatten total vergessen dass das yfrühstück im Preis mit eingeschlossen war. Parkplatz kostete 20$ Dollar pro Tag und wir parkten direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Zur „Union Station“ ...

„Wow!! Luxurious and super clean room. All the amenities you’d want and more. Not sure if they did have local tv or cable, I was able to download and log into my YouTubeTV account on the Roku smart tv. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. They put earplugs on each side of the bed, didn’t know why at first. In the morning it was noise coming from machinery outside. I could also hear the people above us walking, taking and playing music. Thin floors I guess. Overall I would stay here again.“

„Der Check In war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir mussten selbst über das Handy einchecken. Den Reisepass fotografieren und hochladen. Alles nach Anleitung einer desinterressierten und gequält dreinschauenden Rezeptionistin. Es wurde uns erklärt, dass wir ja vorab eine Mail bekommen haben wo wir aufgefordert wurden, selbst einzuchecken. Wir waren 2 Wochen mit dem Schiff von Hamburg unterwegs und hatten kein Internet. Und wozu gibt es 2 Personen an der Rezeption, wenn wir Alles selbst machen ...

"Wir waren zuvor in New York im gleichen Hotel der Kette und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das in diesem Hotel nicht der Fall: Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, das Küchenpersonal unfreundlich, und der Kaffee war kalt und wässrig. Immerhin war das Hotel sauber."
