„We requested the cleaning staff to clean our room after our second day. They did not. The next day, we again asked the cleaning person (who knocked on our door) to clean the room. We followed up that request by going to the front desk and asking them to have our room cleaned. Both requests were ignored. I had to find my own clean towels for two days. And I also had to empty our own garbage cans both days. The front desk had no response other than "Sorry."“

„The room was quiet, very clean, but the bed was broken. Were only there one night and didn't figure out the bed was broken underneath and very noisy every time you moved. we were too tired to change rooms but it was so noisy I didn't sleep well all night. I was going to let the front desk know when we checked out but there was no one on duty at the front desk when we left. Otherwise its a great property.“
