„Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück bei Dennys gegenüber included. “

„Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Our visit was ruined by the dismissive and distant behavior of the young lady working the desk when we checked in. No one else at the check in area at all and my wife and I just stood there feeling ignored by the person working the counter. She just stared at her computer screen. No “hello”. No “welcome, how can I help you”. I guess our appearance wasn’t up to normal customers.“

„Nice clean and friendly staff.“

„Sehr schönes Hotel“

„It was a good stay. I was mostly impressed with the staff. They were wonderful. Rooms were clean, bed was nice, but pull out couch was not comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast was good. I feel the price was a little too much, but overall was good !“

„Room was a good size. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows are well used and have nothing left to them. Parking is very limited. Front staff was helpful and kind. Lobby area was clean and well stocked. It was a quick trip and a place to lay our heads but for the price, I expect much nicer beds, pillows and bedding.“

„The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom had broken shower . The lodge didn’t feel safe“

„Smelled like mold“

„Perfect for an extended stay with big closet, full size fridge, stovetop, dishes, even a washer and dryer in the room. Very friendly staff available 24 hours.“

„Scary check-in experience. Thought it’s already Halloween. Lots of stains on sofa in room. Didn’t really feel clean. “
