They charged $75.00 non refundable pet fee, even if the pet is an emotional service dog. The charge is outrageous to begin with and a rip-off for not being refundable.

The only complaint I have is the lady who checked me in stated that I needed to use my credit card for the room but could pay cash upon check out the next morning. When I went to pay cash upon check out I was told by the lady working the morning shift that they did not take cash and I could not pay with cash. Seems to be a little miscommunication issue between staff.

We only stayed one night but the room was clean staff was friendly and nice. Only thing I really didn’t care for was the slider door for the bathroom. It didn’t really stay shut.

Wonderful!
We’ve stayed here numerous times and it has always been wonderful! The staff is very helpful. The hotel is quiet and it is very clean! The breakfast is delicious and the lady at the front desk remembers us every time!!! Such a great place to stay!!!

It was clean, safe and everyone was very friendly! Breakfast was hot and multiple options. Not a lot of food options around but the Mexican restaurant next door was good. It located in the middle of a civil war battle field and has nice trails to walk around

Bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Lady at the breakfast bar was very nice. Here is my problem- I was at the hotel for less than 7 hours. I wanted a place to sleep and a shower. I started to shower are there was no shampoo or shower gel in the pump bottles mounted inside he shower. I wanted to mention this when I was leaving and there was no one at the desk to tell, wasn’t waiting, so I left.

They seemingly messed up my reservation, so when we got back from dinner, our room keys did not work. They told us that we were trying to open the wrong room, yet all of our belongings were in the room we tried to open. Of course the room they sent us to also did not unlock with our keys. It took over an hour of us waiting in the hall with our two year old for the front desk to fix our keys and let us into the room we paid for. Which by the way, I was told I would pay $175 for, and was charged over $220. And because they mixed up our room numbers, the Wi-Fi code they gave us did not work either. Very disappointed with this stay.
